Thank you for shopping with us! Rivi's Guilt Free Cookies strives to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our food products, which have a shorter shelf-life, we have a specific return policy in place.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, and the following conditions must be met:

1. Resellable Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resellable condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee** will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps cover processing costs and the impact of returned goods, especially those with shorter shelf-lives.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
